In this half-training, half-workshop session, we’ll go over how to build an organisational budget that is realistic and inspiring, and how to practice budget control throughout the year to ensure your resources are spent intentionally and in line with your hopes and dreams. 


We will also create together a budget draft for your company, so that you have a working document you can continue to use even after our work together ends.
